Craftmanship: 2" x 2" Cube Exercise

I measured the cube 2 inches by 2 inches. This means the height is 2 inches, the width, and the length

Reasearch for Organizers

This art is unique to me because it reminds me of a chocolate bar.

The principle of design for this piece is rhythm.

Research for Organizers

It's unusual because it isn't a typical item you would find on your desk. Its also very uneven.

This design has the proportion element.

Designing with Elements and Principles of Design

For this assignment we were supposed to create a drawing using elements and principles of design. My element was shape and my principles were balance and contrast.

This was my first idea it was heavily inspired from the research i did early on.

This is the first draft that I made out of paper and glue. This was heavily based off the element shape and the principle proportion.

Description

This is my final model complete with 4 seperate dividers, a secret compartment, and a pocket for your charger. I had to make my final design more sturdy then my first so i decided to use cardboard.
