Students were asked to choose between an animal cell and a plant cell and provide analogies that explain the functions of each cell. The trick was to avoid choosing the same thing as another group in the class. I chose my home and animal cell as a result.

We planned a trip as travel agents to San Jose, Costa Rica for two of our customers. We had a budget of $7,000. Our budget included our flight, accommodations, transportation to and from the airport, our activities, and our food. This project is important because we learned how to plan a trip within the parameters of a budget using Spanish in a real-life context.

Students were asked to come up with a creative non verbal video about the character in despair, and then sliding down a wall, hence it's called "The Wall" Challenge. For my video, I chose to play a teen girl, who's in the bathroom and she finds out that she pregnant.
