Weaving Bonds
The paper we used created a bond by sewing the pieces of paper with each other. Which created a covalent bond. A covalent bond is a bond that shares electrons of non-metal atoms evenly. The goal of this type of bond is to create a full electron shell for both atoms.

Mandela Research
A mandala is also used for visualization. It can be used for this because concentrating on the center can refresh the mind. I think that mandalas are related to civilizations because of the spiritual connection many different cultures have. Some designs I can notice are Balance beacuse there is a good balance of colors. Repetition because it uses the same colors, and Rhythm because they use colors and patterns to create a image. You could use an atom to represent the universe.
9/24/24
This is an arrangement of the element "Plutonium". Plutonium is a rare radioactive element. The main focus of this project was making a drawing of a connection that something has in common with Plutonium. My drawing was an individual running to a hospital for a heart pacer; a heart pacer contains plutonium.
Electron Mandalas
I worked in a group to create mandala designs based on atomic electron configurations. Our group used color mixing techniques and color theory to create an personalized color palette and include background information that we have learned about the history of mandalas’ in world religions.
