Our first argumentative essay was on Malcolm X's and Frederick Douglass's attitudes and approaches to their educations and to what extent were their beliefs valid.  I learned a lot about how essays are structured. I also learned more about how you can use evidence to change people's perspectives while adding to your beliefs.

For our one pager we are summarizes the events that take place within the First Part  of " The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks" by Rebecca Skloot using a quote by elie Wiesel. We are supposed to show how Henrietta Lacks's character has changed throughout the book too.
