My name is Anaysa Glover, and I have been attending Drew Charter School since the 3rd grade. I am a 15-year-old sophomore. Since I've attended this school from such a young age, I have learned what it means to be a family and make a community that can do amazing things. I've played basketball for 11 years and consider it my main sport, and I am on the Engineering Pathway.
Important To me
My Family and my religion are both big parts of what makes up my identity. My family are the people that support me in all of my interests and who got me to the point where I am now, and I will always be thankful for that. Christianity also helps me get through the rough parts of my academic and athletic journey.

As a freshman, I plan on ending the year off with a 3.8-4.0 GPA. I'm hoping to thrive on the basketball team even though I am a freshman. I want to end the season with a winning record. Post-high school, I want to attend FAMU and major in engineering. There are a lot of different kinds of engineers, so hopefully after my first year of engineering pathway I can specify what time of engineer I would like to be

As a sophomore, my current academic goal is to increase my GPA using my AP classes. Post-high school, I would like to attend FAMU and major in Architectural Engineering. Sports-wise wise I plan on leading Drew to another playoff game next year, and I plan on doing that by working hard this summer and staying in the Gym

Outside of school I mainly Like to play basketball because its very calming for me and its been a sport I've been dedicated to for the past 12 years . Even though I would go far as to say basketball is my life I do enjoy helping others so on the weekend I occasionally do volunteer projects around my community (church , neighbors houses , and local toys for tots facilities)
