Spanish
For this project, we needed to create a children's book using the new skills we learned, which involved using imperfect and preterite tense suffixes. We began with a brainstorming sheet where we put a couple of words that described options for what our book could be about. Next, we were given a template to complete, where we put the sentences that would be on each page. After we completed that, Mr.Martz checked to make sure there were no errors. After he gave us the ok, we began to make the book by writing our sentences on each page and drawing illustrations. This project reminded me and helped me learn how important accent marks are in the Spanish language, because when I had my peer review my outline sheet they brought to my attention that there was not one accent mark in my whole books wich in the Spanish language can either change what the sentence means or how you pronounce it. When it came to making this book, I had to do a lot of conjugating to make sure the words had to correct endings to match the pronouns of the subject.
