NP Miyeong You

Miyeong You was born in the late 1960's. She grew up on a small farm near Gwangju in South Korea. She is the youngest of four sisters. Miyeong completed a nursing degree at the Catholic University in Seoul. She began working at St Mary's Hospital in 1991, then joined Samsung Medical Center when it opened in 1994.  She worked there for 8 years. In 2002, Miyeong decided to emigrate to New Zealand. Miyeong registered as a nurse in New Zealand, and was employed in the ophthalmology department at Greenlane Clinical Centre. Miyeong undertook postgraduate studies, and attained a Master's of Nursing (First Class honours). With further study and exams, she qualified as a Nurse Practitioner. She joined the clinic in 2021, bringing a wealth of knowledge, and experience. Her dedication has transformed the clinic.
