NP Miyeong You

Miyeong You was born in the late 1960s and grew up on a small farm near Gwangju in South Korea. She is the youngest of four sisters. She completed a nursing degree at the Catholic University in Seoul before beginning work at St Mary's Hospital in 1991. In 1994 she joined Samsung Medical Center when it opened, where she worked for eight years. In 2002, Miyeong decided to emigrate to New Zealand. Miyeong registered as a nurse in New Zealand, and was employed in the ophthalmology department at Greenlane Clinical Centre. Miyeong undertook postgraduate studies, and attained a Master of Nursing (First Class Honours). With further study and exams, she qualified as a Nurse Practitioner. She joined the clinic in 2021, bringing a wealth of knowledge, and experience. She has rejuvenated the clinic.
