One Breath. One Moment. One Return to Yourself.

Nasal Mantra™ is a simple yet transformative practice that combines intentional nasal breathing with thoughtfully composed essential oil inhalers to help you meet each moment with greater awareness. Rather than asking, "Which essential oil should I use?" the Nasal Mantra™ Program begins with a more meaningful question: "What state am I bringing into this moment?" Built upon the principles of Aromatic State Architecture™, the program teaches that different moments in life call for different capacities—recovery, clarity, momentum, grounding, openness, renewal, or compassionate reflection.

At the heart of the program are seven proprietary Nasal Mantra™ aromatic companions—Release™, Lift™, Claridad™, Sol y Tierra™, Ambrosía™, Abre Suave™, and Return™—each intentionally composed to accompany one of these everyday states. Together with the book, they create a practical system that can be used at home, in the workplace, or in healthcare settings to cultivate presence through a simple daily ritual of pausing, breathing, noticing, and continuing your day with greater intention.

Whether you are seeking a more mindful way to navigate everyday life or are a healthcare professional looking to enhance the patient experience, the Nasal Mantra™ Program offers an elegant, evidence-informed approach to intentional breathing and aromatic accompaniment. Discover how one intentional breath—and the right aromatic companion—can help you return to yourself, one moment at a time.

Nasal Mantra™ is a line of portable essential-oil inhalers designed to support moments of intentional breathing throughout your day. Whether you are seeking sharper focus, a sense of calm, or a gentle wind-down before rest, each blend is crafted to help you reset and return to center.

Small enough to carry anywhere and simple to use, Nasal Mantra™ inhalers fit naturally into the rhythm of daily life—at work, during travel, before sleep, or anytime you need a quiet pause to regroup.

With a single breath, scent meets the nervous system, and your attention shifts.
Used intentionally, that breath becomes a small ritual—one that helps you recenter, refocus, and move forward with greater clarity.

Pause. Breathe. Realign.
