Please note, the Principality insurer insists on knowing who has attended this event. We must therefore submit our attendee list shortly after the conclusion of the event. This means that anyone who has not pre-registered for the event must supply their full details at the check in desk at the event. While 'Walk-ins' will be allowed, we would appreciate you taking the time to fill out the registration form in advance.
Please note, there will be no charge for children under the age of 18 attending this event with their parents or other legal guardian. However each child must be booked separately for our insurance purposes.
Prices are all per individual, there are no group or family bookings.
This year, event fee payments may be made in two instalments if paying by BACS.
Payment of at least 50% of your total event fee will constitute confirmation of your booking.
Concessions are available for:

N.B. If you fall into more than one concession category, choose the one that befits you most. It will not affect the total concession discount.
Please note: Monday 11th and Monday 18th have no scheduled activities. They are for setup and tear down respectively.

All payment values are in pounds sterling.
Non-UK residents may pay in cash upon arrival, but all bookings must be confirmed by sending travel details to the registration steward. (For example, flight or ferry reservations)
Non payment or lack of overseas travel plans means that your registration is not confirmed!
Confirmation travel details should be sent to the reservations steward as soon as possible.

We will then confirm your reservation and publish your SCA name (if consented) on the “Confirmed Attendee” list.
Insulae Draconis must pay the full site fee three months prior to the event date.
Therefore:
Attendance may be cancelled up to twelve weeks before booking closes with no penalty.
Attendance may be cancelled between twelve weeks and four weeks before booking closes, but only half the booking price will be refunded.
Attendance cancelled with four weeks or less before booking closes will incur full costs.
Cancellation emails should be sent to the reservation steward as early as possible.
Important: this event does not coordinate pickups or drop offs.
Attendees are encouraged to coordinate with other attendees to share taxis or to make other transportation arrangements.
Full Event On-Site:
Includes All days and assumes you will be staying on-site, including Camper Vans.
Full Event Off-Site:
Includes All days and assumes you will be not be staying on site.
Half Event On-Site:
Includes Four days/3nights and assumes you will be staying on-site, including Camper Vans.
Half Event Off-Site:
Includes Four days and assumes you will be not be staying on site.
Overnight:
Allows for a single night stay on-site, camping only, including Camper Vans.
Single Day:
Allows attendance for a single day with no on-site stay.
Child:
All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Their Stay will be assumed to be that of their Parent or Guardian.
There is no charge for anyone who is under the age of 18 at the time of booking.
Please note: Half Event attendance means any three consecutive nights and four days including your setup and takedown time.

Please note: There are Only 70 seats available, The seats will be allocated on a first confirmed first served basis. Once we hit 70 confirmed feast bookings, we will automatically add you to the waiting list.
