Northern Durham High School Band and Orchestra

^ The Carowinds Trip is optional but highly encouraged for all students enrolled in any band class. In order to participate, students must attend rehearsals on Thursdays after school 4:30-6p starting in semester 2. 

Trip is Saturday, April 12th. We leave at approximately 7am and return at approximately 11pm, though times are subject to change.

Included in the $170 cost is: charter bus transportation, parade registration, park entry, and one meal voucher. Students should bring extra money for other meals and snacks in the park.

PRE-MPA CONCERT w/ CHOIR - Tuesday, March 4th - 6:30 pm, NHS Auditorium

MPA (Music Performance Assessment) will be during the school day sometime between March 24 and 27

Thursday, May 22nd - 6:30 pm, NHS Auditorium
