The Art Club is designed to nurture the artistic talents of students who show strong dedication and creative potential. Through focused instruction and hands-on projects, students will create high-quality artwork for exhibition in prominent galleries throughout the school year.

While all students are encouraged to explore art in their regular classes, this club offers a deeper experience for those ready to take their skills to the next level. Our aim is to inspire growth, confidence, and artistic excellence in a supportive and joyful environment.

Goals

Develop advanced artistic techniques and creative thinking
Prepare students for public exhibitions and gallery showcases
Encourage personal expression through focused, high-quality projects
Build a community of passionate young artists

Requirements

Open to students who demonstrate strong artistic aptitude and commitment
Selection is based on application process (submitted artwork)
Attendance and active participation are expected
Students must be willing to engage in long-term projects and critiques

Application Deadline:

October 20 - October 31 (Students will need to deliver an original piece of art -painting, drawing or collage- to Mr. Herrera. Include name, teacher's name and grade on the back)
