For the next few weeks, your student will be learning about Anicent Asian Civilizations.
We are learning about the aspects of civilization: religion, leaders, cities, jobs, and culture. Specifically, we will be focused on Ancient India and Ancient China. This means we will learn about the aspects of the ancient religions -- Buddhism, Hinduism, and Confucianism. We will also learn about the significance of the Silk Road, the process of making silk, and the history of the Great Wall of China.
Your student's final essay will be to write about one of the ancient religions and explain its aspects.
