Meet the teacher

Teaching is an absolute passion of mine and has been since I graduated from Regis University where I received a degree in Elementary Education with a focus of Culturally Linguistic and Diverse Learners & Special Education.

I was born and raised in Denver and have lived in the North Side my whole life. I have one kiddo who is also an Edison Eagle! We have three amazing pups that we like to take out and hike new trails or snuggle up with on the couch with.
This is my fifth year being a teacher, and my fourth year at Edison (Go Eagles!). I taught 4th & 5th literacy then switched to all 5th grade full time! 5th grade is truly one of my favorite grades to teach and I cannot wait to show you why!!
