Dos Palos High School will be conducting an SAT Exam on Tuesday, March 31st, 2026, during the school day. This exam is intended for Juniors to take in their spring semester. Juniors who took the exam in the fall may also take this exam in an attempt to better their previous score.
Seniors who have not already taken the SAT exam in the fall, or those who would like to improve their scores, can also take this exam. Just bear in mind that CSU and UC campuses will have already asked for your SAT exam scores. If you are going to a private school, it may be possible that your school is still accepting SAT scores, but you should verify with the admissions office.
The deadline to sign up is February 13th, 2026. There is no cost for you as a student of DPHS.
If you are thinking of college or know you are going to a 4-year college, it's a great idea to take the SAT Exam. Not all but some colleges will look at your SAT score for admission purposes, including those who may be participating in a college sport. It can also help qualify you for scholarships, honors programs, and exempt you from some college entrance exams.
