Important Dates and Timelines:
The volume of transcript requests varies throughout the year. Please allow extra time during the following peak periods:
College application deadlines
Closed on all legal holidays
Return from Thanksgiving Break (offices will be closed during Thanksgiving Break)
Return from Winter Break (offices will be closed during Winter Break)
Return from Spring Break (offices will be closed during Spring Break)
*Please note records can only be released to parents/guardians, if the student is still a minor. For any student that is 18, records can only be released directly to them unless there is a FERPA form on file. For any former student who is over 18, records can only be released directly to them unless they have a signed release of records form with them.

Please contact Ms. Tellez in advance to set up an appointment in order to prepare paperwork and obtain required signatures. Disenrollment packet will be provided that will be needed at the next school!

Work Permits
Work permits can be picked up at the Counseling Office or dowloaded below. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your work permit to be processed officially.
Please note that the counseling office will be closed in July for summer.
