The primary purpose of the District Capacity Assessment (DCA) is to assist school districts to implement effective innovations that benefit students. The capacity of a district to facilitate building-level implementation refers to the systems, activities, and resources that are necessary for schools to successfully adopt and sustain Effective Innovations.

Vibrant School Scale

The Vibrant School Scale is a 21-item scale and measures the sense of belonging, agency, and voice perceived by staff, students, and families. Due to COVID-19, this tool is optional for the spring of 2021. Districts can choose to send this out to staff, students, and families this spring if you would like to start your data collection for this year. This survey will be required for all participants in 2021-2022.
