To streamline the submission process, we created a storyboard through Google Slides - grab a copy for yourself, follow the steps outlined, and share the completed storyboard with the ILCs (emails listed at the end of the slide deck). Wondering how to submit a recording?

We use a variety of methods to record segments. Choose what's best for you, and record (and re-record!) until you're happy with your segment. We need the file in a .mp4, which you can easily get from the following options:

Head to Vocaroo.com and push the record button! Once you click "save & share" you'll get a URL that you can copy & paste into the form
Using Zoom, you can record yourself (video on or not!) and after you finish recording, the file will save on your computer. Upload the "audio.mp4" file to your Google Drive and send us the link to that file (be sure your sharing settings are set for "anyone to view")
Use a voice recording app on your phone, upload the recording to your Google Drive and send us a link (be sure your sharing settings are set for "anyone to view")
