Badminton rules.pdf

First, we paired everyone up so they could play together. Each pair received a racket and a shuttlecock.

After that, we taught them some basic rules of the game. We explained to them that the objective of badminton is to hit the shuttlecock over the net and not let it touch the ground on their side of the court. We also discussed the different shots they can use, such as the forehand and the backhand.

Then, we showed them how to play a basic match. We provided an example of how the shuttlecock should be served and how players can move around the court to hit the shuttlecock effectively. After the demonstration, we gave them time to practice with each other. We encouraged them to have fun and try to apply what we had taught about the basic rules and techniques of badminton.

It was great to see how they all worked hard and improved at the game as the activity progressed. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!
