South Coast Public Speaking Competition

Year 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 students participate in public speaking during terms 2 and 3. Participation includes meetings at lunchtime, preparing a speech for the South Coast Public Speaking Competition and then competing in that competition early in term 3.

The South Coast Public Speaking Competition has been running for 30 years at Holy Spirit College Bellambi. Students are given a range of topics and create a speech based on this.
