Uncertainty often causes young people to feel anxious and stressed and in these times of remote learning, they need the help and support of the adults around them. At times like these, young people need:
to be listened to non-judgementally
their feelings and emotions to be validated
guidance in focusing on what is in their control - See F.A.C.E. C.O.V.I.D.
opportunities for and/or encouraged to engage in self care
adjustments where possible to minimise stress and anxiety and increase readiness to engage with learning.

C- Come back into your body (calm)
E- Engage in what you're doing (with full attention)
