Practice during the week is everyday 3:30-5:00 right after school

Saturday practices are optional will be held at 10am, if there is an invitational that weekend, we will email out and let people know if practice will be held or not

Practice during the holiday break is optional, but athletes are who are not travelling are highly encouraged to attend
