Dover Sherborn Indoor Track 

Welcome to Dover Sherborn Indoor Track and Field! Our first practice of the 2023-24 season will be held Tuesday November 28th at 3:30pm. 

Please come to practice with a water bottle, appropriate footwear and clothing. We will be outside so please dress accordingly! 

• Please make sure you have registered on Family ID, have an updated physical on file with the athletic department and paid your athletic fee.  You will not be able to attend practice if any of these pieces are missing.

• The information you entered on Family ID is what we will use for most of our communication throughout the season.  We use a software system called Track Central for most of our communication.   The athletes and parent/guardian cell phone and email are what is used most often.  We will send weekly emails, meet line ups, meet recaps and results as well as more information throughout the season via email.  We text things like changes to practice time or location to athletes when necessary.

• Please review the entire meet schedule (regular season and invitationals) and mark your calendars.  We can not predict who will qualify for the invitationals.  The expectation is that if an athlete qualifies, he or she will compete.
