This course prepares students to become safe, responsible, and informed drivers in New Jersey. Students learn the rules of the road, traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, accident prevention, vehicle safety and maintenance, and the responsibilities of operating a motor vehicle. The course also prepares students for the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission written knowledge examination.
