Maths Week 2024 was a great success in Doon CBS. Plenty of maths games were played in all the classrooms. Most enjoyable of all from a pupils point of view, was our 'estimating skills', which were tested by Mrs. Breen. Estimating the amount of items in a jar ranged from skittles to minstrels to hot wheels!!!! Well done to all those who took part as well as those who guessed the nearest and got to keep all those lovely sweets. From a parents perspective, thanks for all your help and assistance with our nightly maths questions from each teacher. There was great participation from all, with some very tricky questions.
