Day 01 Arrival Yangon and Yangon sightseeing (Car/Guide) (-/ - /D)

Arrive at Yangon International Airport. Welcome by our well experience Tour Guide. Upon arrival, visit the (64m) long massive reclining Buddha at Chaukhtagyi Pagoda and Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the world’s most spectacular religious monuments and the golden dome of Shwedagon Pagoda raise 98meters above its base and are covered with 60 tons of pure gold. Watch sunset from Shwedagon Pagoda. Drive to local restaurant for dinner. Then transfer to hotel for check in. Stay overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 02 Yangon to Golden Rock (Kyaikhtiyo) (Car/Guide/Open Truck) (B/ L /D)

After breakfast, drive to Kin Pun “base camp” (194km- 5hours). On the way, transfer to the local restaurant for lunch. Continue to Kyaikhtiyo, the Golden Rock, a huge boulder completely covered by gold leave sand delicately balanced on the edge of a cliff. From Kin Pun, a steep and rough 11 km dirt road leads to the upper staging point, a journey made in open trucks, which are very crowded. The Panoramic view from the pagoda platform is magnificent over Sittaung Valley. Dinner at hotel and stay overnight at Hotel in Kyaikhtiyo.

Day 03 Golden Rock – Bago – Yangon (Car/Guide/Open Truck) (B/ L /D)

After breakfast, Bago sightseeing includes “Kanbawzathardi Palace” the famous palace of King Bayintnaung (1551-1581 A.D.) is being extensively excavated and some buildings are being rebuilt. “Shwe Maw Daw Pagoda” was originally built by the Mon to a height to 23 meters in the 8th century and was rebuilt higher several times until it finally reached its present 114 meter stature in 1954, the highest pagoda in Myanmar. “Shwethalyaung Pagoda” Built in 994 AD by King Mingadippa, It is 55 meters long and 16 meters high, another biggest reclining Buddha image in Myanmar built during 9th century. “Kyaik Pun Pagoda” It was built by King Dhamma Zedi in 1476 A.D, four gigantic Buddha images all in sitting posture facing the four cardinal points of the compass. After sightseeing, be continuous to Yangon. After that, transfer to Karaweik Palace restaurant for dinner. Enjoy diner with cultural show. Stay overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 04 Yangon City Tour & Departure (Car/Guide) (B/ L /-)

After breakfast at hotel, sightseeing includes city center where Sule Pagoda located to see the bustling life of Yangon, City Hall, and Independence Monument and then, visit to Botataung Pagoda at the bank of Yangon River. Transfer to local restaurant for lunch. After lunch, visit to Bogyoke Aung San Market (former Scott’s Market), where one can buy many items in one place. Depend on the flight time, and transfer to airport for your departure from Myanmar.
