Itinerary:
D01 – ARRIVAL SIEMREAP (D) ETA 1545
Meet & Greet at apt. City Tour: visit Silkfarm at Puok and Western Baray for sunset. dinner with APSARA SHOW . then transfer to hotel. Overnight.
D02 – SIEMREAP (B, L, D)
Breakfast at hotel, commence Angkor Tour: The South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon and Baphoun temples, Elephant & Leper King Terrace, Phimeanakas, Ta Prohm. Lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon, visit Angkor Wat temple and Sunset View in Pre Rup Temple. Dinner at local restaurant. Visit night market. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.
D03 – SIEMREAP (B, L, D)
Breakfast at hotel, visit floating and fishing villages in Tonle Sap Great Lake, which one of the world’s most productive bodies of fresh water. Each year, millions of fish come to spawn in the seasonally flooded forest surrounding the lake, attracting myriad water birds as well as people, who have settled in villages along the shores and who live with the rhythms of the water. This ecosystem of extraordinary biological richness and balance between humans and nature was recently designated as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. Back to town to visit Artisans D’ Angkor (wood and stone carving) where you will discover the traditional Khmer techniques used for stone and wood carving. Lunch at local restaurant.
Afternoon, visit Angkor National Museum and Shopping. Visit Cambodia Circus, it the first outdoor show in Siem Reap and performed by Cambodian youth.
Dinner will be served at local restaurant. Overnight stays at hotel in Siem Reap.
D04 – SIEMREAP – YANGON (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for flight to Yangon.
Welcome by our tour guide upon arrival at Yangon International Airport. Visit National Museum. Sightseeing Tour: Sule Pagoda, The Colonial Downtown, India Quarter, Botahtaung Pagoda. Transfer to hotel for check- in. Evening tour begins with Chaukhtatkyi Pagoda and visit the most magnificent and spectacular Shwedagon Pagoda before the sun set and enjoy the beauty of Stupa while it changes the shining of gold in different tones according to the radiant of the setting sun. Then, visit China Town. Dinner at local restaurant. O/N at hotel.
D05 – YANGON – BAGO – YANGON (B/L/D)
Breakfast at Hotel. drive to Bago, the Ancient Mon Capital, visit the reclining ShweThaLyaung Buddha Images, built in 994 AD by King Mingadippa, 55 meters long and 16 meters high, another biggest reclining Buddha image in Myanmar built during 9th Century. Sightseeing includes “Kanbawzathardi Palace” the famous palace of the Emperor of the Second Myanmar Kingdom (1551-1581 A.D). Proceed to Shwemawdaw Pagoda, originally built by the Mons to a height to 23 meters in the 8th century and was rebuilt higher several times until it finally reached its present 114 meter stature in 1954. Lunch at local restaurant in Bago. Extend visit to Kyaik Pun, four gigantic Buddha images all in sitting posture facing the four cardinal points of the compass, built by King DhammaZedi in 1476 A.D. Then, drive back to Yangon. On the way, visit World War Cemetery at Htauk Kyant. Upon arrival Yangon, transfer to hotel for check in. Dinner at local restaurant. O/N at Hotel.
D06 – YANGON DEPARTURE (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to International airport for departure “HOME SWEET HOME”
