It is never too early to start thinking about and planning your next steps. DN Colleges Group aims to support all students with their personal career plans and aspirations for the future.


As you start with DN Colleges Group we will offer a range of support and guidance from a range of highly qualified industry specialists.

We also work with impartial external partners to offer additional support with your progression opportunities. Our aim is to ensure that you have a variety of information and knowledge available to make informed impartial choices to shape your future.

You can arrange for a one-to-one meeting with either a HeppSY or HOP representative to discuss progression and Higher Education opportunities which are available to you. Send an email to supportcentre@dncolleges.ac.uk or speak with a member of staff.

If you are located within the Humber area you can access HOP (Humber Outreach Programme).

If you are located within the South Yorkshire area you can access HeppSY (Higher Education Progression Partnership South Yorkshire).

At Doncaster and Scunthorpe we have our own Higher Education (HE) campuses. These allow you to study a degree level course on your own doorstep. This also provides a progression opportunities for students to move onto a degree level course.

Both offer a range of access, degree and post graduate courses covering a variety of subject areas including:

• Counselling and Relationship Studies

• Creative Arts & Digital Industries

• Teacher Training & Professional Development
