Wellness Maricopa serves as advocates to promote and support organizational and individual well-being across MCCCD through education, prevention, early detection, and access to comprehensive resources.
The adoption of a culture throughout MCCCD that results in outcomes such as improved health, greater feelings of well-being, and heightened personal performance is directly related to student success.
Starting April 1, 2025, the Maricopa Wellness Incentive Credits (WIC) program will partner with the Personify Health Platform. Through Personify Health, you can easily access all your well-being and benefit resources. The Personify Health Platform is your go-to for all your well-being needs and for earning Wellness Incentive Credits.
Earn up to $600 toward wellness incentive credits annually by engaging with the Personify Health platform. The more you engage with the platform, the more you earn! From finances to fitness to family, this mobile well-being platform focuses on all areas of well-being.
Eligible participants (employees enrolled in an MCCCD Medical plan) can earn up to $600 per year (up to $150 quarterly) when they use the online/mobile wellness platform for customized engagement opportunities. Whether you’re looking to improve your financial well-being, focus on your fitness, or spend more time with your pets, friends, and family, the Personify Health platform can help you define and meet your unique wellness goals.
Future Biometric Screenings, Primary Care Physician (PCP) preventive visits, and Tobacco Use credits are now incorporated into the Personify Health platform, and individuals MUST be enrolled in the platform to receive credit for those activities.
Each wellness credit value increases with the level number and point value. Please remember that wellness credit payments will appear on your paycheck. These payments will occur the month after you earn points and achieve the required level.
Payment Frequency Change: The payments will be made only once per month instead of in the first and second pay periods of each month, which is the current pay process.
Projected pay dates on points earned through the Personify Health app for are as follows:
First Quarter of Program (April 1st - June 30th)
April points will be paid out on 5/15/25
May points will be paid out on 6/12/25
June points will be paid out on 7/10/25
Second Quarter of Program (July 1st - September 30th)
July points will be paid out on 8/7/25
August points will be paid out on 9/5/25 (updated from 9/19/25)
September points will be paid out on 10/17/25
Third Quarter of Program (October 1st - December 31st)
October points will be paid out on 11/14/25
November points will be paid out on 12/12/25
December points will be paid out on 1/9/25
All benefits-eligible faculty and staff who are enrolled in an MCCCD Medical Plan are invited to join.
Once enrolled in the Personify Health platform, you can invite up to 10 colleagues, friends, and family members, creating a shared environment where you and your invited participants can benefit from each other's activities and progress.
Add up to 5 friends to earn up to 250 points toward Wellness Incentive Credits.
Although invitees not enrolled as the primary carrier in an MCCCD Medical Plan do not earn Wellness Incentive Credits, it is a great way to build a supportive community while staying motivated in each other's health and wellness goals.
Visit join.personifyhealth.com/MCCCD or open the app and select Create Account.
Complete the "Tell us who you are" section of the registration form.
Select Language: At the top right-hand corner, you have the option to Select your preferred language.
Enter First Name and Last Name. (This will need to match the name printed on your Banner|Aetna Insurance card)
Enter your Employee ID, which can be found in your Primary Job Details tile in HCM or on your pay stub, or you can use the number from your insurance card without the leading "0".
Enter your Date of Birth.
Enter the Country and Region where you are residing.
Select Continue
This will open a page asking to set up a password and input a phone number.
Please note: If you get an error trying to enter the phone number, you can disregard this entry; It is not required to complete the registration process.
Legal and privacy. Review and agree to the rules, data collection, and privacy policies.
Create your account. Add your preferred email, create a password and give Personify Health some additional details to customize your experience.
Start Earning Wellness Credits. Your account is ready. Click Take Me There to sign in.

You participate in activities to earn points inside and outside the platform. The program is split into 4 levels, and you will have the opportunity to achieve these point levels each quarter up to 15,000 points or the equivalent of $150 per quarter.
