SPES is a youth employability program which aims to provide short-term employment to underprivileged students, out-of-school youth (OSY), and dependents of displaced and would-be-displaced workers. The program helps in augmenting the family's income and ensuring that beneficiairies are able to pursue their education

Guidance Notes
DOLE SPES Provincial Focal Persons shall upload the Employers' Pledges of all implementing partners. While TSSD EPWW shall upload the Approved Pledges. Please be guided by the following:
(1)
Dropdown for implementing partner (Column A) is auto-generated based on the encoded SPES Pledges. Any changes made in the source file will be reflected in dropdown choices.
(2)
Employers' Pledges: Once Column A is updated, the icon in Column B will be auto-generated. Click the icon to be redirected to the uploading form. After successful upload, the upload link will be automatically generated in Column C.
(3)
Approved Pledges: Once Column A is updated, the icon in Column D will be auto-generated. Click the icon to be redirected to the uploading form. After successful upload, the upload link will be automatically generated in Column E.
