JobStart Philippines Program (JSP) is a youth employment facilitation program that aims to shorten school-to-work transition of youth not in education, employment, or training by providing them with career coaching, core/soft skills and technical training, and internships with partner employers.

JSP prepares at-risk youth for the world of work by reducing their job-search period and improving their employability through a full-cycle employment facilitation.
