The Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) program stores quality, coaching, and assessment data in a system called QStar. Prior to ELDRS, members of the QRIS team had to pull data from QStar, clean it, create charts and visuals, and then email it out to all partners in the form of a spreadsheet. This work was repeated each month. Now QStar data is connected to the Early Learning Data & Reporting System (ELDRS).
