Pre-ELDRS: For the 2020-2021 to 2023-2024 school years, the annual Nevada Ready! State Pre-K Family Engagement Survey was hosted on a Google Form and shared with families via a link to the form. Results were manually cleaned and analyzed after the survey closed and fed into a Tableau dashboard and not available real-time. Response rates were entered into a spreadsheet and shared with subgrantees weekly to increase participation.

The transition from Google Form to secure web-application was successful and outpaced previous years even though the survey's start was delayed by 1 month.
The 2024-2025 survey received more total responses than any previous year the survey was distributed.
