Modification on the arrangements of morning assemblies
Aims to let students to be more focused on the speeches of the principal and teachers in a more pleasant environment
If the Very Hot Weather Warning is issued, or the air temperature is above 28 Celsius degrees, students can have the morning assemblies in their homerooms
Adjusting the genre of playing hymns every morning
Aims to create a more quiet environment for students to fully focus on preparing for exams
We suggest to play peaceful hymns instead of exciting upbeat music in the mornings of exam week
Using special timetable the day before Uniform Tests and exams for senior form students
Aims to reduce the anxiety and pressure of students arising from having insufficient time to do revision and to provide more time for exam preparations, so students can have better performance in exams.
The current full-day timetable will be adjusted to the special timetable (half-day) before the day of the Uniform Tests and exams for senior form students.
Allowing all students to use proposed apps to read e-books during reading lessons
Aims to raise the interests of students in reading.
Students can read books from proposed apps, such as HyRead, during reading lessons.
Allowing senior form students to use Safari for the preparation of SBA during reading lessons
Aims to give senior form students more time to prepare for their SBA
Students can use Safari to do research on different websites such as Hk Reading City.
Providing study room before exams
Aims to let students who stay at school for revision in a silent and proper study environment, as well as sufficient time to complete study tasks.
We will provide a classroom for F3-F6 students to revise until 17:45 1 week before Uniform Tests and 2 weeks prior to Exams
