As the S6 students’ study break and public exams are approaching, to give our blessings and support towards the S6 students, the 15th Student Union organised 3 gifts with the help of the S6 class teachers and students of all forms.
The central theme of all the gifts revolved around our school's 20th-anniversary slogan, "Blessed to be a blessing." We firmly believe that studying at SPKC has blessed us with lasting friendships and cherished memories. Therefore, we wanted to pass on these blessings to the S6 students as they embark on their next chapter.
Pink blessing slips were designed by the 15th Student Union, allowing students from all forms to share their blessings and encouragement for the upcoming public exams and graduation. Additionally, S6 students were encouraged to offer words of support to one another. These slips were then displayed on the blessing board, forming hearts of various sizes. On the 4th March, 2024, the blessing board was placed outside the Fitness Centre, serving as a constant reminder to the S6 students that they are not alone in their exam preparations.
The second gift was an uplifting video posted on the S6 Form Google Classroom. This heartfelt video featured warm and encouraging messages from their class teachers, accompanied by cherished moments captured throughout their senior years. These moments were thoughtfully selected by the S6 class teachers, aiming to remind the students of all the wonderful memories they have shared. We hoped that this video would serve as a source of motivation during challenging times when it may be difficult to push forward.
The last gift was a specially designed tote bag with a message card crafted with care by the 15th Student Union, was distributed on the morning assembly 7th March, 2024, the day before the last school day of the S6 students.
All the names of the S6 schoolmates were printed on the tote bag in different directions, forming the shape of a graduation hat. This symbolised the unique paths each student would take after graduation while emphasising that they will always remain a part of the SPKC family. The message card, attached on top of the tote bag, featured a heartfelt message from the 15th Student Union. The card also had the names of each S6 student hand-written by the members of the 15th Student Union. To conclude the morning assembly, the entire school was invited to applaud as a gesture of blessing for our S6 warriors.
These gifts brought joy to the S6 students, and we are delighted to see the smiles on their faces. As we bid farewell to SPKC, we hope these gifts will serve as cherished blessings to hold onto.
Last but not least, the 15th Student Union wants to assure you that we are here for you. And we wish you the best of luck in your upcoming public exams!

Throughout these 2 days, our members have answered and relieved some concerns regarding the school life in SPKC in a professional and friendly approach, which was given positive feedback by the visitors.
