All of the middle school math notes are pre-typed with blanks that the students fill-in as we go along in class. For this reason, many students find that they either need a 3-inch binder or they need an accordian folder to put the notes from past marking periods in. Students should hold onto past notes to help them study for cumulative assessments and also for future years of mathematics (especially middle school mathematics).

Sometimes parents will ask how they can support the classroom! I greatly appreciate that, and the best thing a parent can do from home to support is to simply emphasize to their students the importance of learning and of respect for their peers.
