What is Morality of Human Act?
We depend to our choices and actuations because our actions are products of our thoughts and reveals our moral character.
What are the difference between Human Acts vs. Act of Man?
Acts of Man
An action beyond one's consciousness and is not dependent on the intellect & the will.
Characteristics of Acts of Man
• Done without knowledge (Unknowingly)
• Without consent (Not freely)
• Involuntary (Not willfully)
• Acts of man can turn into human acts when he employs his intellect and will in performing the act.
Human Acts
An action that is done consciously and freely by the agent.
Characteristics of Human Act
• Knowledge of the act (Knowingly)
• Freedom (Freely)
• Voluntariness (Willfully)
• Man/Agent needs to take responsibility for his/her actions.
I can integrate the LLIM Habit #2: Begin with the End in Mind. We need to think what are the consequences of our actions. It may be unintentional or intentional it can result to a situation that no one wants to be in.
