Program Details
Program Duration and Size: The SEEd Program is a five-day program with a minimum of thirty (30) participants.
Supervision: A teacher-to-student ratio of 1:10 will be maintained, with teachers serving as adult leaders.
Program Inclusions and Exclusions
Program Inclusions: The program fee covers accommodation, meals, program shirts, materials, and round-trip transportation to and from the program venues.
Program Exclusions: Participants are responsible for travel insurance, airline tickets, and personal allowances.
Parent and Student Responsibilities
Travel Clearance: Parents are required to secure a travel clearance for their children from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
Endorsement Forms: All necessary endorsement forms must be submitted prior to the finalization of the participant list. Completed forms should be emailed directly to the designated school personnel, who will subsequently forward them to our office.
Dietary Requirements: Please indicate any dietary restrictions during registration.
Payment and Contracts: Full payment and signed contracts/agreements are due 30 days before the program's departure date.
Program Conduct: As a school-sanctioned activity, the DLSZ Student Handbook governs participant behavior throughout the program.
Program Logistics
Group Travel: All participants must travel together on the same flight. If you choose a different flight itinerary, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the airport.
Program Orientation: A mandatory pre-trip briefing will be conducted for teachers and students at least two weeks before the program start date.
Program Uniform: Participants are required to wear the designated shirts throughout the duration of the program.
Program Support: A designated MCE guide will assist the group upon arrival and departure.
