Save Me a Movie provided a platform for students to share their stories through movie recommendations. It acted as a safe space for students to openly share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences coupled with movies that may have also sparked feelings of comfort in them.

Sama-sama patungong Med School was a one-day webinar that provided a glimpse of what a student could expect should they decide to enter med school. It also showcased what possibilities there are for a Psychology student in the field of medicine.

Sana Maalala ko Stats was a one-day webinar that provided a refresher course for psychological statistics. Both of our featured speakers focused on reviewing and simplifying common statistical concepts and processes utilized in psychological research.

Sana Mapalapit Sayo was the organization’s general assembly for the second term. It gave the members and officers a chance to bond with each other and reminisce about the accomplishments of the organization  in the previous term. It was also an opportunity to give members and officers alike an idea of what to expect from the organization in the upcoming term.

Term 2’s game night was entitled Samahan ng Mga Sherlock, which featured SMS’ unique version of an online escape room. It gave the members of the organization to channel their inner Sherlock Holmes by working together to “get out” of their room and provided an opportunity to make new friends by working together to win.

Saya Mag Summer is another game night activity especially made for the 120 students. It focused on forming a sense of belongingness in the freshmen class and provided them a chance to unwind from academic stress by meeting new people and engaging in online games. 

Saya Mag-bingo Sis is the organization’s closing event for Term 2. It aimed to give the attendees one last hurrah and destress with a little bit of friendly competition before grinding themselves for finals, as it was scheduled the week before.
