Log in to AnimoSys
Go to Self Service → Course Enlistment, then click Add Course to Enlist
Click the "Look Up Course", the icon of a magnifying glass
A Look Up pop-up window will show.
Subject Area textbox
Enter the Course Code's first 2 characters
Catalog Nbr textbox
Enter the Course Code's last 5 characters
From the shown Search Results, select the course to enlist in.
Click on the + button for additional courses and then repeat
When all courses are added, make sure to click Save.
*NOTE: Remember to screenshot/screen record this page to show proof that you have pre-enlisted, together with the list of courses. The screenshot/screen recording should show the “Saved” icon on the top right of the screen*

Click the SELF SERVICE category. Afterwards, click STUDENT CENTER under it.
On the right side of the page, you will see the HOLDS tab. If the student is cleared, a NO HOLDS message will appear. Otherwise, students are encouraged to message the office/s in-charge of holding their clearances to settle pending requirements.
*NOTE: Students who are not yet cleared during their enlistment schedule will not be given permission to enlist any of their courses, regardless of their Dean’s List status.*

On the right side of the page click SELF SERVICE > ENROLLMENT.
Click ENROLLMENT DATES
Under the Enrollment Appointments, you will see two different dates given. Your scheduled date is the earlier one. For those who did not Pre-Enlist, your Enlistment Schedule will take place a day after the Regular Enlistment Schedule.
*NOTE: Students are still allowed to enlist and drop classes after their scheduled date but only for a limited period of time.*

After enrolling, the page will show you the results of your enlistment.

*NOTE: Students must be cleared from all of the offices to enlist subjects. Students are also allowed to enlist during their appointment schedule.*
PROCESS
Log in your account to ANIMO.SYS (https://animo.sys.dlsu.edu.ph).
Click SELF SERVICE and then ENROLLMENT.
Click ENROLLMENT: ADD CLASSES.
Start adding your preferred classes by putting in the Class Nbr or Class Number found in MLS’ COURSE OFFERINGS.
After adding a class, make sure that all of the information provided matches those in MLS’ COURSE OFFERINGS. Click NEXT to proceed.
Repeat steps 4-5 until you added all your classes in your shopping cart.
After adding all of your classes, click PROCEED TO STEP 2 OF 3.
If all classes are correct and still available, click FINISH ENROLLING.
This is to let you know how you can drop courses you wish to not take anymore.
REMINDERS
The following are NOT ALLOWED to drop online, and SHOULD DROP MANUALLY
First-year undergraduate students
Upper Class undergraduate students whose total number of academic units enrolled will fall below 12 units (after dropping of courses)
Graduate student on their first term of enrollment
Graduate student dropping ENG501M or ENG502M

Log in Animo.Sys
From the Menu, click SELF SERVICE > ENROLLMENT and then go to ENROLLMENT: DROP CLASSES
Under 1. Select the classes to drop, you will see a table of all your enlisted classes. In the first column, Select, click on the checkbox of the class/es you plan to drop. After selecting the class/es, click DROP SELECTED CLASSES
In 2. Confirm your selection, a list of the selected dropped classes will be shown. Check if these are correct. If you plan not to drop, CANCEL. If there are changes, go PREVIOUS. Otherwise, FINISH DROPPING
Lastly, 3. View results will show the classes you selected to drop, together with its status. If it says success, click on MY CLASS SCHEDULE to check the updated schedule. If there is any error, you might have to try steps 3-4 again, and if it's still not successful, coordinate with you College Academic Programming Officer (APO).

Click VIEW CLEARANCE under the Student Profile category
A YOU ARE CLEARED message will appear if you do not have any pending requirements needed by different offices. If it states otherwise, they are advised to contact the office/s in-charge of holding their clearance. This must be done as soon as possible or before enlistment starts.
This is to check the availability of the courses you will take as well as the possible timeslots and professors you can choose from.

Under the login box, you will see the VIEW COURSE OFFERINGS button and press it.
Type your ID NUMBER in the box and press submit
In the box, you may start typing the code of your course as indicated in your flow chart.
This is where you can pay for your tuition fee online.
Log in your account to MLS (https://my.dlsu.edu.ph/)
Go to View Assessment (with Online Payment) facility.
Select the Academic Year & Term then submit.
Select the Payment Option > Proceed to Online Payment > Click “Proceed” in the next page
You will be directed to Unionbank payment gateway. If online payment is successful, you will receive an email confirmation. You are encouraged to take a screenshot of your transaction approval. This screenshot can serve as proof of payment should you need to coordinate with the Accounting office in the future.
This is where you can schedule an appointment for your drug test.
Log in your account to MLS (https://my.dlsu.edu.ph).
On the left menu, click DRUG TEST APPOINTMENT (Student)
Click DRUG TEST SCHEDULE then choose a date of appointment based on the ID number schedule
Click your desired time and press Continue afterwards
Fill in the Contact Number and click the ‘Confirm Appointment’
This is where you can schedule an appointment for your Physical Exam.
Log in your account to MLS (https://my.dlsu.edu.ph).
On the left menu, click Set PHEX APPOINTMENT (Student)
Click PHEX Schedule then choose a date of appointment based on the ID number schedule
Click your desired time and press Continue afterwards
Fill in the Contact Number and click the ‘Confirm Appointment’

Using your DLSU Email, use the link http://bit.ly/USG_UnivCal to access the calendar.
Subscribe to the calendar. Click the “+” button to be redirected to your Google Calendar. It will automatically be added to your existing calendar.
You can find it under other calendars. Just make sure that you have ticked the box for it.
