A.1. PRE ENLISTMENT
Can I still enroll if I was not able to pre-enlist?
Students who missed the pre-enlistment will still be able to enroll online as long as students were enrolled the previous term. But note that NO-PRE-ENLISTMENT, NO ADVANCE ENLISTMENT!
Note: Failure to pre-enlist regardless of academic standing and with special privileges (e.g. Dean's List, advance enrollees, etc. ) will have the least priority during online enrollment
Is pre-enlistment required to all students
Pre-enlistment provides relevant information to departments and colleges to determine the courses students intend to take in the succeeding term. Thus, UG students are enjoined to participate in the pre-enlistment activity.
Note: Pre-enlistment is applicable to Undergraduate (UG) students only
What subjects should I pre-enlist in?
It is advisable to follow the courses in your flowcharts.
When is pre-enlistment typically scheduled within the current term?
Pre-enlistment is usually scheduled for 4-5 days on Week 3 or Week 4 of the current term. However, schedules may be adjusted due to factors such as declared class suspensions or technical issues.
Students are requested to regularly monitor helpdesk announcements for updates
What if the courses I plan to enlist are not in the list?
Approach your batch government with the list of courses so they can inform the APO regarding this.
The page says "Facility is no longer available (9999,9999)", what should I do?
The enlistment period is either done or currently not open, check the pre-enlistment schedule.
A.2. ENROLLMENT CONCERNS
A class I would like to enroll is a Freshman Block. Can I enroll in this class?
Upperclassmen will be able to enroll in Freshman Block sections during Inter-College Enrollment
I cannot enroll, class is full in Animo.Sys but still open in MLS.
Please coordinate with your College Academic Programming Officer (APO)
I am already enrolled but my enrolled course/s was/were deleted
Please coordinate with your College Academic Programming Officer (APO)
I cannot search for the class I want to enroll in. When searching for classes, search results do not match criteria specified.
Check the course offerings, make sure that the correct parameters are used for searching. It is possible that the search was made for open classes, and the class you want to enroll in is already closed. It is also possible that the class you want to enroll in is not offered. Please coordinate with your College Academic Programming Officer (APO).
How can I be sure that I have finished enrolling?
You should have clicked the Finish Enrolling button, and your classes should already be displayed in your Class Schedule.
The system is asking for a pre-requisite that is not in my academic flowchart. How can I address this problem?
You need to ask help from your Academic Assistant to correct/remove the pre-requisite.
There is a discrepancy in the number of units in my academic flowchart and in the system's assessment. What shall I do?
Please ask your Vice Dean/Academic Assistant regarding this.
All the sections of the course I intend to enroll in are closed, what should I do?
You can choose other courses with available sections as long as you have satisfied the pre-requisite courses. If you really need the course to be offered as indicated in your flowchart, you could petition the opening of another section through the online facility during enrollment and before advanced adjustment.
What will happen if, at the end of this term, I fail a course that is a pre-requisite to a course which I enrolled in?
You are supposed to drop the course with the failed pre-requisite during the adjustment; otherwise the course will be out of sequence. You will be allowed to take other courses to replace the dropped course.
A.3. CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT CONCERNS
What is the mandatory Confirmation of Enrollment?
Confirmation of Enrollment is a required sub-step in the online enlistment and enrollment process. It will allow a student to signify his enrollment for a term and attend classes, with a commitment to settle fees on time or later in the term, subject to applicable charges.
How will the Confirmation of Enrollment be done?
All students will be required to access their My.LaSalle account (MLS), click View Assessment (tab at the left side of MLS Main Menu), to confirm one’s enrollment for a term. Students are enjoined to access the appropriate link below for the schedule and steps to confirm enrollment.
What will happen if I fail to confirm my enrollment for a particular term?
Students who fail to confirm enrollment will be auto-dropped from ALL enlisted/enrolled courses, as scheduled, whether paid or not yet paid.
If I have been auto-dropped and all my enlisted courses gone, do I still need to request for reinstatement?
No need, as there will be no reinstatements anymore. If you were auto-dropped, you may enlist again, but during the scheduled online special adjustment only.
Can I still drop a course/s after I confirm my enrollment?
Yes, students may still drop a course/s following the dropping policy and schedule, subject to retention fees. For details applicable to the term, please visit the links below:
I am a scholar under Office of Admissions and Scholarships (OAS), should I also confirm my enrollment?
Yes, scholars (partial/full) should also confirm one’s enrollment during the schedule of their College. Scholars have to choose “Pay Later” as Certificate of Support has to be processed and secured from OAS.
What happens if a student accidentally clicked pay now instead of pay later?
If “Pay Now” was accidentally clicked instead of “Pay Later”, student may press the back button or home button or log out. But if ready to pay, student may proceed with “Pay Now” and to the online payment facility.
For OAS auto-renewed scholars, these students are advised to click “Pay Later” if Certificate of Support (COS) is not yet available. They can proceed to click “Pay Now” once the credit reference number (RF) is already viewable in the MLS View Assessment facility (ideally, Week 3, Day 1-6 of the term).
For manually-processed OAS scholarships, the RF is issued onsite during manual processing of scholarships (ideally Week 4, Day 1-6 of the term)But if the scholar would opt to pay without waiting for the credit reference number (RF), one may proceed with “Pay Now” and settle the fees through the online payment facility.
A.4. ERRORS ENCOUNTERED
I am encountering an “Authorization Error” message
Retype in your Internet browser: https://animo.sys.dlsu.edu.ph/. Log in again, and the error should no longer be displayed.
If the above step does not resolve the error, delete your browser’s cache. And login again
I am encountering the error ” You are not term activated.”
You are accessing the wrong facility. Click the Enrollment and not the Course Enlistment
I am encountering the error:
“You do not have access to enrollment at this time.”
“You do not have a valid enrollment appointment at this time.”
“You cannot drop this class at this time. You do not have an enrollment appointment and open enrollment has not begun.”
Please check your schedule in the Online Enrollment/Adjustment Schedule
Coordinate with the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) to be given an enrollment appointment.
Fill out the ITS Help Desk Report Form (Animo.Sys) and upload the scanned/image copy of the screenshot of the error message you are encountering.

C.1. PRACTICUM/ INTERNSHIP
Who can take practicum/internship?
Undergraduate and graduate students eligible for enrollment this term.
What’s the first thing I should do?
Choose a Host Training Establishment (HTE) that aligns with your career path.
Need help deciding? Schedule a session with an SSC Career Development Counselor.
Can I intern within DLSU?
Yes! If your department allows, you can do your practicum in DLSU units/offices/centers.. This skips the Institutional MOA (IOM) process—go straight to Step 3.
Is attending orientation mandatory?
Absolutely. Attend your Department’s Practicum Orientation to understand course requirements and policies.Orientation schedules are posted on the Help Desk Announcements (HDA).
What is an Institutional OJT-MOA (IOM)?
It’s a legal agreement between DLSU and your chosen HTE. Check if your HTE already has a valid IOM using the internal link shared by your department.
What if my HTE has no valid IOM?
Inform your Department Practicum Coordinator (DPC). They’ll ask SSC’s Internship Placement Coordinator (IPC) to process the IOM. Processing takes 7 to 14 business days and includes drafting, legal approval, signatures, and notarization. Pro tip: Start the IOM process one term in advance to avoid delays.
When can I apply to my HTE?
You may apply once your IOM is valid. Do not start your practicum without an IOM—this violates CHED policy.
What are the Student MOA and Internship Plan?
These are agreements between you and your HTE. They’re handled by your department (no OULC approval needed). Some companies may also require waivers—also processed by your department.
How do I make the most of my practicum?
Treat it as a chance to explore your career and grow. Show your Expected Lasallian Graduate Attributes (ELGAs) and reflect using the Lasallian Reflection Framework (LRF) when challenges arise.

Email Subject: Settlement of Clearances
Email Content: Include your Full Name, Full ID Number, College, and Point of Concern/Hold
If it indicates that my Hold Enrollment is "No," does that mean I can still enlist/enroll?
If your hold enrollment indicates "No," your enrollment to classes for the upcoming term won't be on hold and you will be able to print your EAF. However, kindly settle your clearance by reaching out to the department and submit the necessary requirements, if applicable.
The office/department concerned is not reachable through email, are there any alternatives for me to contact them?
If you have not received any response within three (3) to five (5) working days, kindly proceed to following up again through email.
You may proceed to their physical office. However, kindly take note of their office hours and schedule.

D.4. GRADES
I was not included in the final grading sheet of my professor due to payment concerns, how will I be given a grade for me to view in MLS?
In such a case and if the student has been cleared with payment, OUR shall coordinate with the concerned faculty members and provide instructions regarding grade issuance to the student. Such will be done through a grade issuance form to be filled out by the faculty, to be submitted to OUR and for encoding in the system.
However, grade issuance procedure takes several steps and will take some time to complete. Thus, payment of balances should be done on or before the specified deadlines to avoid removal from the final grading list and receive grades on time.
