Event Requests:
We encourage clubs to hold events and lunchtime activities. This improves visibility not just for their club but all clubs.
Approve student event requests and submit to the Student Activities Office at least two weeks in advance.
After Student Activities Office approval; Fill out the Event Requests Form.
Once the event request is received and approved, you may start publicity for the event.
Movie Policy:
Moderators are encouraged to find films that are in the SWANK library.
Moderators and the Student Activities Department review films for appropriateness before showing.
Public Consumption films must be PG. Public consumption means anything in a large space: Garaventa, Media Wall/Cotter Commons, Screen in Inner Court. It also means that if you are inviting individuals who are not part of your club to come watch a film in your club room.
Club-Only Consumption films can be up to PG-13. Club-Only Consumption means in your club room, exclusively made up of your members.
