 "From the moment Dan arrived, his warm and friendly demeanour set the tone for a fantastic evening. His food was absolutely delicious and our whole party loved it! We had smoked haddock Welsh rarebit to start, which was a treat, followed by succulent sirloin of beef with dreamy dauphinoise potatoes and veg. And to finish, the sticky toffee pudding was divine. Dan exceeded our expectations and also left the kitchen spotless. A five-star chef in every aspect, making our celebration an absolute delight."
