The eggs I use are from our free range rescue hens and the honey comes from my father-in-law's rural apiary in the heart of the Cotswolds. The meat is sourced from Jessie Smiths family butcher and the fruit and vegetables are from local markets and suppliers.

I live on the edge of the Cotswolds with my wife, two young daughters, six rescue chickens and a very lively working cocker spaniel. My career has mostly been based in and around the Cotswolds working in country house hotels and award winning Gastro pubs.
