About The Program

The Emerson, Da Vinci & Harper Combined Jr. High Orchestra Program was founded in 2010, after the great expansion of the overall strings programs. The program includes students from 3 junior high schools located on 2 different campuses, meeting daily in separate classes. The groups combine for a few hours a month to put together the combined orchestras, and perform nearly all of their concerts with the large groups. Both the Intermediate and Advanced Combined Orchestras have won numerous competitions and earned the highest ratings at state level festivals in the years since formation.
