Everyone feels a sense of achievement when they have accomplished something. You can encourage this feeling by creating a 'To Do List' each day and by ticking off the things you planned to do on that day.
This helps by:
Bringing about a sense of achievement by ticking off what we have done (this helps to visualise what you have done that day)
Balances your time more wisely between daily activities
Improves your organisation skills which means you are less likely to miss deadlines for work set by your teachers
Some of us like the idea of having sense of structure in our day. For example, at school where you have a timetable so you know what to do at a certain time.
You could use the example to help or create your own timetable that suits you to ensure your day is set up for success. This can also help you to make sure you are spending the correct amount of learning time a day (6 hours).
