Now is a great time to practice some of those catching skills that you use in PE lessons. These skills are important in so many different sports (such as, handball, basketball, cricket and rugby just to name a few!)

If you don't have a ball you could always roll up some old socks and use that instead (or anything else that you find that works! Remember to ask your parents first if you do this).

Yoga is a really popular form of physical activity and I am asked by lots of students how they can get into it.
This is a superb place to start and progress from. Yoga with Adriene is a YouTube account that provides you with a huge range of yoga sessions of differing difficulties. All you need to do is follow her instructions in the video.

There are HIIT, pilates, ab, dance, younger children, and yoga sessions to choose from. This is really handy if you cannot decide where to start.
