It briefly describes the process of career planning and some myths of career planning. As you continue to read, you will be able to identify your passion using the second chapter of this book. It has some questions that will allow you to effectively identify your passion. The third chapter contains personal SWOT analysis and personality tests. From there, you will get to know yourself better and improve your career. Along the way, we have discussed about the fundamental skills that you need to survive in the 21st century. In chapter five we have discussed about the importance of note taking and the methods of taking notes. Another important topic is discussed in the consequent chapter which is self-leadership and how to be self-motivated. The next chapter is about teamwork. Teamwork in one the most demanded skill described by the employers. After that comes, the art of mastering the communication skills where we have illustrated what are the types of communication skills and how to improve presentation skills through some easy methodologies. Flipping the page will give you the idea of job shadowing which is a proven method to increase your understanding of the job you are interested in. In the next chapter we have discussed about personal branding. Then comes, writing cover letter and résumé followed by the trend of video résumé. The consequent chapter is about tips on job interviews and answers to the most commonly asked questions by the interviewer. The next chapter is written on entrepreneurship. What are the resources you need to start a business is 21st century is discussed in the following chapter. At the end of the book you will find some glossaries and terminologies on different business majors. These glossaries will help you to have subject knowledge on your major.
