About Me

I have been the librarian at Rhodes since 2007. I believe I have one of the best jobs in the school. I can work with all students, staff, books and technology. I have my Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois in 2005 (go Illini!) and my Bachelors from Miami University, Ohio.

My family and I live in Evanston and all three of my sons graduated from D65 and ETHS. I love the beaches of Evanston and being close to Chicago. I love spending time with my family, reading, working in my garden, and cooking.

In the picture to the left, I am in India in July 2017. I visited India as a fellow of Teachers for Global Classrooms. It was an amazing experience that I hope to share with our students.
