Renting our Facilities

Seating: Our audience has a capacity of 550 seats with an ADA accessible stage from the audience as well as backstage.

Full Fly System: Our fly system is fully functional. It currently holds 22 lines, with a maximum capacity of 30. 

Current lines include: 

• Three set of Stage Legs and Boarders

• Three Stage Electrics with full LED downlight

• A Grand Curtain and Boarder

• A Black Scrim & separate White Scrim

• A Black Traveler

• A Cyclorama

• Five empty battens each with 1,300lbs limits.

Main Theatrical Equipment: 

• ETC Ion Ex for lighting control

  • 18 Elation SIXPAR 300 for downlight

• PreSonus Studio Live 64S for sound mixing

Dressing Rooms: Our space also boasts two dressing rooms with lighted mirrors, counter space, and adjacent bathrooms for cast use.

Green Room: Our green room can fit up to ten people at a time and has amenities such as a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric tea kettle, a sink, and more!

Loading Bay and Scene Shop: Looking to bring your own piece or build them when you get here? We've got you covered either way with our compact, but very effective scene shop! Tool usage is an additional fee, or you may bring your own tools to use.
