Ann Sather Restaurant and Catering

On February 28, 2017 Mrs. Hovey's Third Grade class visited Ann Sather Restaurant and Catering. The students were happily greeted with a large cinnamon roll, fruit cup and water. After their second breakfast, the students were taken down to the kitchen where they were able to see how the cinnamon roll was made.

BOY THEY WERE TASTY!!!!!!

This is the delicious cinnamon roll, fruit and water the 3rd graders were enjoying!

In Ann Sather, the girls are enjoying the delicious cinnamon rolls and fruit!

They are eating cinnamon rolls with some savory fruits. Mrs. Rios, our class chaperone, was relishing in her morning coffee.

We said the cinnamon rolls tastes so sweet!

The boys are chewing cinnamon rolls and taking a picture. One boy has his mouth open and one is being derpy and weird.

This is the best cinnamon bun next to my moms!

On the weekdays Ann Sather makes 20 trays of cinnamon rolls a day and on the weekends they make 40 trays of cinnamon rolls.

This is where they mix the dough.

The dough is lounging waiting to rise.

After rolling out the dough the baker cuts them and fits 48 rolls neatly on a tray.

The baker is making scrumdiddlyumptious cinnamon rolls. First he spreads out the dough, slathers it with butter, sprinkles it with the sugars, adds more cinnamon, rolls it up and cuts them into the buns.

This is the Baker placing the raw cinnamon rolls on the trays waiting to go up to the ovens.

One tray holds 48 rolls.

Ann Sather bakes 20 trays of cinnamon rolls with 48 rolls on each tray. I could eat all 960 of the cinnamon rolls.

These are the ingredients used to make the cinnamon rolls.
